If you want to add pom poms to some faux shades that are already added to your cart you can do so here by selecting the colour and entering in the width of your shades one at a time and we will embellish your shade order with the loveliest, highest quality pom poms from Samuel & Sons! (Please leave a note in the “note from buyer” or email us if you are doing more than one colour of pom pom or faux shade).

Please note: When ordering from the USA any duties or state taxes will be due on arrival to DHL.
We make each of your custom window treatments with love and care, and this takes time. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our custom-made items but we believe you should be happy so if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it.
We aim to ship out in approximately 6-8 weeks but sometimes higher than normal order volume increases this time frame and we never rush and we never compromise on quality! There are occasional delays on the more custom fabric stock (patterns and silk) but if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can after order placement.
We always ship all items in the order together unless we notify you otherwise but please keep in mind sometimes the pieces get split by the courier and may arrive separately. We do our best to ensure it all arrives together but situations arise that are out of our control.
We use UPS to ship within Canada and DHL to ship to the USA and the rest of the world.
