We make each of your custom window treatments with love and care, and this takes time. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our custom-made items but we believe you should be happy so if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it.
We aim to ship out in approximately 6-8 weeks but sometimes higher than normal order volume increases this time frame and we never rush and we never compromise on quality! There are occasional delays on the more custom fabric stock (patterns and silk) but if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can after order placement.
We always ship all items in the order together unless we notify you otherwise but please keep in mind sometimes the pieces get split by the courier and may arrive separately. We do our best to ensure it all arrives together but situations arise that are out of our control.
We use UPS to ship within Canada and DHL to ship to the USA and the rest of the world.

These finishes are designed to suit various interior designs while offering durability and ease of maintenance. The rods are custom-cut to fit your window dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit. For wider setups, a splice and center support are included for stability, making it suitable for drapery up to 120″ wide. For even larger windows, we recommend upgrading to the 1⅜” House system.
Each order includes all installation components such as brackets, splices, end stops, and finials/end caps. Provide your window’s finished width when ordering, and we’ll take care of the measurements for you. If you are purchasing hardware alone, please specify the ring count at checkout based on your curtain style.
