We make each of your custom window treatments with love and care, and this takes time. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our custom-made items but we believe you should be happy so if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it.
We aim to ship out in approximately 6-8 weeks but sometimes higher than normal order volume increases this time frame and we never rush and we never compromise on quality! There are occasional delays on the more custom fabric stock (patterns and silk) but if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can after order placement.
We always ship all items in the order together unless we notify you otherwise but please keep in mind sometimes the pieces get split by the courier and may arrive separately. We do our best to ensure it all arrives together but situations arise that are out of our control.
We use UPS to ship within Canada and DHL to ship to the USA and the rest of the world.

Our House 1⅜ ” diameter hardware is the perfect hardware for almost every room in your home and it comes in black and silver finishes. These rods are designer quality, cut to fit and NOT TELESCOPIC! Poles over 96″ wide will have a splice and centre support to ensure smooth functioning of your drapery.
It comes with 2 bracket styles, round base for regular treatments and heavy duty for wider or heavier (black out lined) drapery.
Your order will include all necessary components for installation (brackets, splice, end stops and finials/end caps) when you enter in your finished width we do all of the tricky figuring out for you! The width you enter is the POLE width and the finial is not included.
The number of rings provided is based on our drapery collections (approximately 1 ring every 3-4″) if you are purchasing hardware only please provide your ring count in the Notes From Buyer section at check out.
