We make each of your custom window treatments with love and care, and this takes time. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our custom-made items but we believe you should be happy so if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it.
We aim to ship out in approximately 6-8 weeks but sometimes higher than normal order volume increases this time frame and we never rush and we never compromise on quality! There are occasional delays on the more custom fabric stock (patterns and silk) but if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can after order placement.
We always ship all items in the order together unless we notify you otherwise but please keep in mind sometimes the pieces get split by the courier and may arrive separately. We do our best to ensure it all arrives together but situations arise that are out of our control.
We use UPS to ship within Canada and DHL to ship to the USA and the rest of the world.

This 100% Linen custom cafe curtain hangs like a dream with the gorgeous lived-in depth of pure linen elegance! Available in 16 colours, this cafe is a perfect match for linen lovers!
Perfect for the natural fibre lover that doesn’t mind the shabby chic, lived-in look and design-minded clients. We recommend lining the linen to protect it from the sun and only recommend unlined for windows with low light exposure due to the risk of fading or discolouring the fabric.
Every panel is handmade to perfection just for you! This is not your regular store-bought ready-made. We work within 1/8″ accuracy and have a very strict standard for quality. All fabrics are first quality direct from luxury fabric suppliers. We never compromise!
Notes:
- Please note that fabrics with linen content can and will have flecks that can be brown in colour that appear intermittently throughout the goods and will stretch and shrink with humidity in the home. This is not a defect but rather part of the beauty of having fabric with a natural linen content.
- Due to the high turnover of fabrics in our inventory, we cannot guarantee dye lots from sample to production. If you require a specific dyelot match please contact us to order a cutting for approval when you place your order.
