When will my order be shipped?
Quick Ship blinds are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 1 to 1.5 weeks. Most other blinds ship within 5-10 business days and are delivered within 1.5 to 3 weeks. For estimated production times, check the Shipping & Production tab on each product page.
You can track your order anytime by clicking View Order Status. Once shipped, we’ll provide tracking details.
Note: Oversized blinds (90”+ wide) and orders shipping to remote areas may take 1-3 extra weeks. Custom shutters usually ship within 3-4 weeks after ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes! All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We are a Toronto-based Canadian company, so you won’t have to worry about duties, customs, or brokerage fees.
How will I know when my order is in production?
You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment is processed. Your order status is available online, and we’ll send you a tracking number once it ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are sent to production within one business day (Quick Ship orders are processed immediately). Please double-check all details before placing your order. While we try to accommodate changes, modifications or cancellations may incur a fee. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
Will I lose my discount if I order samples first?
No! You’ll lock in today’s sale price for 2 weeks when you order samples.
