When will my order be shipped?
- Quick Ship Blinds → Processed in 2–3 business days and usually arrive within 1–1.5 weeks.
- Most Other Blinds → Ship within 5–10 business days and arrive in 1.5–3 weeks.
- Oversized Blinds (90”+ wide) / Remote Areas → May take an extra 1–3 weeks.
- Custom Shutters → Typically ship within 3–4 weeks.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey anytime through View Order Status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes! All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. As a Toronto-based company, you won’t need to worry about additional duties, customs, or brokerage fees when shopping with us.
How will I know when my order is in production?
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You can also check your order status online at any time. When your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin crafting your custom pieces quickly—within one business day (Quick Ship items immediately). If you need a change or cancellation, reach out as soon as possible. While modifications may be limited and could incur a small fee, we’ll handle your request with care and transparency.
Will I lose my discount if I order samples first?
Not at all! When you order samples, today’s sale price is guaranteed for 2 weeks, so you can take your time deciding without worrying about losing your discount.
