Our site is all in Canadian Dollars. Your credit card company will convert to US dollars if you are shopping from the United States.

We aim to ship all orders within 4–6 weeks of receipt. On rare occasions, fabric stock availability or broader supply chain challenges may cause delays. If this happens, we’ll notify you within 2 business days of your order being placed.

Whenever possible, your order will ship in a single delivery. However, if circumstances beyond our control require us to split your order into multiple shipments, we’ll keep you informed and you’ll receive tracking updates directly from our courier partner.

We ship with UPS, Purolator, Canpar within Canada and DHL to the USA and worldwide. Wherever you are, we’ll get your order to you!

For international orders, simply email us a brief description of your order size, and we’ll provide a custom shipping quote for your country. Once your order is placed, any additional shipping costs can be securely processed by phone or email.

As a reference, duties and taxes typically range between 10–15% of your order total, though this may vary depending on your state.

 

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes about 5 business days. For international shipments, please note that all packages must clear customs, which can occasionally cause delays outside of our control. We’ll keep you updated along the way so you know exactly when to expect your order.

 

Because every piece we create is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you notice any issues related to manufacturing within 2 days of receiving your order, please reach out—we proudly stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with you to make it right.
