When will my order be shipped?
  • Quick Ship Blinds → Processed in 2–3 business days and usually arrive within 1–1.5 weeks.
  • Most Other Blinds → Ship within 5–10 business days and arrive in 1.5–3 weeks.
  • Oversized Blinds (90”+ wide) / Remote Areas → May take an extra 1–3 weeks.
  • Custom Shutters → Typically ship within 3–4 weeks.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey anytime through View Order Status.

Yes! All of our prices are listed in Canadian dollars. As a Toronto-based company, you won’t need to worry about additional duties, customs, or brokerage fees when shopping with us.
