We make each of your custom window treatments with love and care, and this takes time. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on our custom-made items but we believe you should be happy so if there is an issue with your order please reach out within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to rectify it.
We aim to ship out in approximately 6-8 weeks but sometimes higher than normal order volume increases this time frame and we never rush and we never compromise on quality! There are occasional delays on the more custom fabric stock (patterns and silk) but if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we can after order placement.
We always ship all items in the order together unless we notify you otherwise but please keep in mind sometimes the pieces get split by the courier and may arrive separately. We do our best to ensure it all arrives together but situations arise that are out of our control.
We use UPS to ship within Canada and DHL to ship to the USA and the rest of the world.

Our 100% Silk drapery curtain panels are made from top quality 3 ply silk to give it the absolutely best luxurious hang and depth of colour. 100% Silk is a stunning addition to any room that needs a luxe lift!
Available in 12 colours, this drapery is popular in living/dining rooms and elevated primary bedrooms!
Each panel is handmade to perfection just for you! We work within 1/8″ accuracy and have a very strict standard for quality. All fabrics are first quality direct from luxury fabric suppliers.
We never compromise!
Listing price is for either a pair or piece of custom handmade drapery panel at your chosen width and length. Price includes flannel interlining and your choice of Cotton Lining (standard) or Blackout Lining (room darkening) and can be customized for width and length to fit your window perfectly. If you need a truly custom length please email us and we can modify your order accordingly!
Note:
- Due to the high turn over of fabrics in our inventory we cannot guarantee dyelots from sample to production. If you require a specific dyelot match please contact us to order a cutting for approval when you place your order.
